Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. If you will be picking up your order, click the box when finalizing your order to let us know you will be picking up your order. In some cases, your order may be ready for pick up on the same day you place your order. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up. All other orders will be processed in the order in which they were received. We try to find the cheapest method of shipping, Speedee, Pirate Ship, etc. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
RETURNS
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Northwoods Bath & Spa. If you would like to pick up your order, just click the box stating you would like to pick up your order when it is ready. Typically, your order could be ready for pick up the same day you place your order, but kindly wait until you receive an email stating your order is ready for pick up.

Northwoods Bath & Spa ships bath bombs and bubble bombs, etc., to Amazon for my twin sister's business in Illinois (an almost family-run business). That is how I got started making bath bombs several years ago, and I am told I make the best bath bombs, bubble bombs, shower steamers, etc.! Now that I have a nice new location on Highway 51 in Arbor Vitae, I thought I would also offer my products to local customers in the immediate area so they can get the products they need without paying extra for shipping.
